1. A transaction is considered valid when phone card you wish to purchase is available and at the same time your credit card payment is validated and authorized by our merchant bank. In some occasions where selected card is not available, you will be prompted to select other cards. In this case, no fund will be deducted from your credit card. If your transaction cannot be validated or authorized by our merchant bank, you transaction will not be completed. In this case you need to use a different credit card.

5. When your credit card payment is approved by Paypal, Hot Phone Cards will send the PIN and serial number to the email address that you specify during account registration. The PIN will not displayed on screen for security reason. You need to ensure that email address specified during registration is valid. Hot Phone Cards bears no responsibility for non-receipt or loss and theft of the phone card details once it is sent to your nominated email address. If you DO NOT receive PIN in your email address after the successful of your transaction you MUST contact us within 3 business days.
   
   
6. Hot Phone Cards is phone cards reseller of our suppliers. As such if you have any issues or problems with your phone card, you must directly contact the relevant Customer Service of each card provider. The contact numbers are listed on our web site. Please provide the Serial Number of PIN Number when you contact them. We DO NOT refund or replace any of lost, stolen or expired cards or unauthorized usage.
   
   
7. Cards/PINs purchased are NON refundable or exchangeable. Any refund is at the sole discretion of Hot Phone Cards. In the event Hot Phone Cards has agreed to provide you with a refund, it will be based at the price of the Phone Card offered for sale.
   
   
8. If you are a new account holder, you will be limited to purchasing a maximum value of $30 per week for the first two weeks of first purchase. Subsequent orders will be limited to $100 a week thereafter. A new account holder is identified and defined by the email address and/or by the credit card.
