For that reason you are required to register your account details on our website
and ensure that the details are correct. You need to use credit card under your
name. From time to time we review our customer details and you agree to provide
us with necessary identification to prove that you are the owner of the credit card
when being asked. Hot Phone Cards reserves the right to cancel or refuse your order
if you are not able to provide the proper identification when required.
When doing online transactions many customers are concerned of their credit card
details. For that reason we DO NOT store any of your credit card details in our
server in any way. Your credit card details and payment will be transmitted to and
processed in the encrypted SSL website by Paypal, world leading credit card processing
company.
Any fraudulent credit card transaction will be reported to FBI on the http://www.ifccfbi.gov
for further investigation. Legal action might be taken against the fraudulent transactions.
To prevent the loss on fraudulent credit card transactions, customers are limited
to have credit limit of $30/week for the first 2 weeks and $100/week thereafter.
For security reasons, your PIN will not be displayed when you login but it will
be emailed to you instead.
